Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une tôle d'acier pré-revêtue (1) consistant : à prendre une bande d'acier pré-revêtue comprenant un substrat en acier qui porte, sur au moins une de ses faces, un pré-revêtement, le pré-revêtement comprenant une couche d'alliage intermétallique et une couche d'alliage métallique s'étendant sur la couche d'alliage intermétallique, la couche d'alliage métallique étant une couche d'aluminium, une couche d'alliage d'aluminium ou une couche d'alliage à base d'aluminium ; à découper au laser ladite bande d'acier pré-revêtue afin d'obtenir au moins une tôle d'acier pré-revêtue (1), ladite tôle d'acier pré-revêtue (1) comprenant au moins une surface de bord de coupe (13), la surface de bord de coupe (13) comprenant une région de substrat (14) et une région de pré-revêtement (15), et l'épaisseur de la tôle d'acier pré-revêtue (1) étant comprise entre 1 mm et 5 mm. La découpe au laser est réalisée de sorte qu'elle entraîne directement la formation d'une zone d'aluminium réduit (20), s'étendant sur toute la hauteur (h) de la surface de bord de coupe (13) et sur une longueur inférieure ou égale à sa longueur, la fraction superficielle de l'aluminium sur la région de substrat (14) de la zone d'aluminium réduit (20) qui résulte directement de l'opération de découpe au laser étant comprise entre 0,3 % et 6 %.
