Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élimination de métaux lourds d'un liquide comprenant des métaux lourds, l'acide chlorhydrique étant ajouté au liquide, le liquide étant mis en contact avec un mélange comprenant entre 30 % en volume et 60 % en volume d''un catalyseur au charbon actif imprégné de soufre, entre 30 % en volume et 60 % en volume d'un catalyseur au charbon actif imprégné de fer et entre 5 % en volume et 40 % en volume d'un matériau de remplissage, le total de ces trois ingrédients étant de 100 % en volume. Le fluide est laissé en contact avec le mélange, les métaux lourds sont absorbés sur le mélange pour obtenir un fluide ayant un niveau appauvri en métaux lourds, ledit fluide étant ensuite évacué du mélange.
