Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage laser bout à bout de deux feuilles métalliques (2, 4), comprenant les étapes consistant : à prendre une première feuille métallique (2) et une seconde feuille métallique (4), et à souder bout à bout les feuilles métalliques (2, 4) dans une direction de soudage. L'étape de soudage bout à bout consiste à émettre simultanément : un premier faisceau laser avant (12) créant une première tache avant (18) au niveau de l'intersection avec la première feuille métallique (2), et formant un premier trou de serrure avant dans la première feuille métallique (2) au niveau de la première tache avant (18) ; un second faisceau laser avant (14) créant une seconde tache avant (20) au niveau de l'intersection avec la seconde feuille métallique (4), et formant un second trou de serrure avant dans la seconde feuille métallique (4) au niveau de la seconde tache avant (20) ; et un faisceau laser arrière (16) créant une tache arrière (22) sur les première et seconde feuilles métalliques (2, 4), et formant un trou de serrure arrière dans les première et seconde feuilles métalliques (2, 4) au niveau de la tache arrière (22). Les premier et second faisceaux laser avant (12, 14) et le faisceau laser arrière (16) sont configurés de sorte qu'à chaque instant, une région de phase solide et/ou une région de phase liquide des feuilles métalliques (2, 4) reste entre le premier trou de serrure avant et le trou de serrure arrière et entre le second trou de serrure avant et le trou de serrure arrière.
