Abstract
L'invention concerne des méthodes, des programmes d'ordinateur et des systèmes (110, 112, 114) permettant d'étalonner et d'utiliser une caméra (116) afin de détecter un analyte dans un échantillon (131). La méthode d'étalonnage permettant d'étalonner une caméra (116) afin de détecter un analyte dans un échantillon (131) comprend : a) la fourniture d'un ensemble de systèmes de coordonnées de couleur, l'ensemble de systèmes de coordonnées de couleur comprenant une pluralité de systèmes de coordonnées de couleur différents conçus pour décrire une couleur d'un objet ; b) la fourniture d'un ensemble d'échantillons d'essai (122) présentant des concentrations connues de l'analyte ; c) l'application des échantillons d'essai (124) à un ensemble d'éléments d'essai (126), chaque élément d'essai (128) présentant au moins un champ d'essai (130) comprenant au moins un produit chimique d'essai conçu pour effectuer une réaction de détection optiquement détectable avec l'analyte, ce qui permet de créer au moins un champ d'essai coloré (130) pour chacun des échantillons d'essai (124) ; l'acquisition d'images des champs d'essai colorés (130) à l'aide de la caméra (116) ; e) la génération de coordonnées de couleur pour les images des champs d'essai colorés (130), à l'aide des systèmes de coordonnées de couleur de l'ensemble de systèmes de coordonnées de couleur, ce qui permet de créer un ensemble de coordonnées de couleur pour les échantillons d'essai (124) et pour les systèmes de coordonnées de couleur ; f) la fourniture d'un ensemble de fonctions de codage, l'ensemble de fonctions de codage comprenant une pluralité de fonctions de codage permettant de transformer des coordonnées de couleur d'un champ d'essai (130) en une concentration correspondante de l'analyte dans l'échantillon ; g) la transformation de l'ensemble de coordonnées de couleur générées à l'étape e) en un ensemble de concentrations mesurées à l'aide de l'ensemble de fonctions de codage ; et h) la comparaison de l'ensemble de concentrations mesurées aux concentrations connues des échantillons d'essai (124) de l'ensemble d'échantillons d'essai (122) et la détermination du meilleur système de coordonnées de couleur de correspondance de l'ensemble de systèmes de coordonnées de couleur et de la meilleure fonction de codage de correspondance de l'ensemble de fonctions de codage pour lesquelles l'ensemble de concentrations mesurées correspond le mieux aux concentrations connues.
