Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de visiocasque (hmd) conçu pour être porté par un utilisateur (121). Le hmd comprend un affichage au moins partiellement transparent (101), une caméra orientée vers l'avant (102) permettant de capturer une première image d'une scène du monde réel, et un moyen de traitement (104) permettant de sélectionner un objet d'étalonnage parmi un ou plusieurs objets du monde réel, ou des parties de ceux-ci, (130–135) qui sont visibles dans la première image, et de dériver une transformation d'étalonnage pour calculer une position d'affichage sur la base d'une position du monde réel, de telle sorte qu'un objet virtuel qui est affiché sur l'affichage au niveau de la position d'affichage est aligné avec un objet du monde réel correspondant situé au niveau de la position du monde réel, telle qu'il est vu par l'utilisateur.
