Abstract
Dans le domaine du procédé agroalimentaire, notre invention consiste à un séchoir solaire hybride à convection forcée et à couche mince comme utilisé dans les séchoirs du secteur agroalimentaire. L’innovation dans ce nouveau séchoir est d’avoir un circuit fermé de l’air chaud entre les panneaux solaires et le duo d’enceintes du séchage avec une ouverture du renouvellement d’air en cas de besoin. La capacité de ce séchoir est 1 quintal métrique puisqu’il abrite 10 claies de 10 kg chacune dans chaque enceinte. Seules cinq claies sont dotées des balances pour suivre le poids du produit sans qu’il soit pesé à l’extérieur et qu’il absorbe l’humidité. Les données aérothermiques (t à l’intérieur de l’enceinte sont suivis (t° et humidité) par un dispositif automatique d’enregistrement des données en temps réel en csv (excel) via un réseau wifi. Les deux enceintes en duo sont équipées d’une lampe uv de capacité suffisante pour désinfecter la surface totale du séchoir et les produits à sécher (1 quintal).
