Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une nanoparticule de phosphate de calcium amorphe revêtue de citrate, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) fournir une première solution d'un sel de calcium et d'un sel de citrate, le rapport molaire de l'ion citrate à l'ion calcium se situant dans une plage comprise entre 1 et 2, obtenant ainsi une première solution transparente ; 2) fournir une seconde solution d'un sel capable de donner un anion phosphate et un sel de carbonate ; 3) mélanger la première et la seconde solution à un ph situé dans une plage comprise entre 8 et 11 ; 4) faire précipiter la nanoparticule ; et 5) sécher la nanoparticule obtenue à l'étape 4). De préférence et de manière avantageuse, l'invention concerne l'ajout d'un composé fluorure à l'étape 2) pour obtenir une nanoparticule de phosphate de calcium revêtue de citrate dopée au fluor, ou un agglomérat de nanoparticules. La nanoparticule / l'agglomérat de nanoparticules de l'invention présente une aire de surface et un diamètre spécifiques qui lui permettent d'être utilisé comme biomatériau pour une application de dentisterie.
