Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé, ainsi qu'une installation, pour traiter un gaz de ventilation brut (4, 4') contenant des vapeurs de bitume et libéré par un équipement (1) d'une chaîne de production de membranes de polymère-bitume, dans lequel des opérations sont effectuées impliquant une poudre de charge (3), telle qu'une opération de mélange de la poudre de charge (3) avec le bitume (2), au cours de laquelle le gaz de ventilation brut (4, 4') est changé d'un gaz de ventilation brut sensiblement exempt de poudre (4), en un gaz de ventilation brut (4') contenant la poudre de charge (3). Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à transporter d'abord le gaz de ventilation brut (4, 4') dans un dispositif de lavage de gaz (20) conjointement avec une solution (9) d'un tensioactif ; mettre en contact le gaz d'évent brut (4, 4') avec la solution (9) et éliminer la poudre du gaz contenant de la poudre (4'), libérer un gaz de ventilation purifié (5) qui est sensiblement exempt de la poudre de charge ; transporter le gaz de ventilation purifié (5) dans une chaudière (40) et brûler vapeurs de bitume. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré donné à titre d'exemple, seul le gaz contenant de la poudre (4') produit pendant les opérations de l'équipement (1) qui impliquent la poudre de charge (3) est transporté dans le dispositif de lavage de gaz, tandis que dans le reste des étapes, le gaz de ventilation brut sensiblement exempt de poudre (4) est directement transporté dans la chaudière (40) par une ligne de ventilation directe (50) qui peut être automatiquement sélectionnée. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré donné à titre d'exemple, le dispositif de lavage de gaz comprend un réservoir (25) conçu pour former à l'intérieur une tête prédéfinie de la solution de lavage (9) et ayant un orifice d'entrée pour le gaz de ventilation brut agencé au-dessous de la tête de liquide. Le procédé empêche la poudre d'atteindre rapidement la chaudière (40) et de rendre le brûleur et les surfaces d'échange de chaleur inefficaces.
