Abstract

La présente invention concerne une population d'acariens prédateurs comprenant des individus prédateurs Phytoseiulus, au moins 10 % des individus femelles de la population étant capables de se reproduire sur une proie de type arthropode non tétranyque, de préférence sur une proie de type arthropode non tétranyque immobilisée, telle quune proie non phytophage, de préférence sur une proie de type Astigmatid, idéalement sur une proie de type Astigmatid immobilisée, telle qu'une proie de type Astigmatid immobilisée, en particulier une proie de type Carpoglyhus, ayant des stades de vie immobilisés comprenant des œufs immobilisés. Des procédés pour leur élevage sont en outre divulgués.
