Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de soudage par ultrasons (1) qui comporte une sonotrode (3), une enclume (5), une zone de capture (13) dans laquelle des partenaires d'assemblage (15) à souder doivent être capturés, et qui est délimitée sur des côtés opposés par la sonotrode et l'enclume, et un ensemble caméra (37) avec au moins une caméra (39) qui est intégré dans le dispositif de soudage par ultrasons. L'ensemble caméra est configuré de façon à capturer des images d'au moins une sous-région (41) 29032024 de la zone de capture afin de surveiller optiquement des conditions de soudage qui influencent le soudage des partenaires d'assemblage.
