Abstract
La présente invention décrit la bioformulation d'un biofertilisant en utilisant un phosphocompost à base des boues de lavage des phosphastes enrichi avec des bactéries rhizosphériques à activités PGP (Plant Growth-Promotion) et des champignons mycorhiziens arbusculaires (CMA) isolés de la rhizosphère de plantes poussant sur les boues de lavage des phosphates. Des consortia de bactéries PGP et de CMA ont été caractérisés en termes de biocompatibilité et de capacité à solubiliser et à mobiliser les formes des phosphates assimilables par la plante à partir de formes de phosphates complexes présentes dans les boues des phosphates. Les performances agronomiques ont été évaluées sur un sol pauvre en phosphate à travers des cultures dune plante maraichère (tomate), une légumineuse (haricot), une céréale (maïs) et un arbre fruitier (olivier).
