Abstract

L'invention concerne des noyaux démontables boulonnés pour les machines de moulage destinées à produire des blocs de béton avec des cavités ou des alvéoles. Lesdites noyaux sont démontables en partie ou en entier sur le moule permettant : - Le remplacement rapide et individuel de tout ou une partie de noyau endommagé ou usé - Une résistance à l'apparition des fissures dans les parties dassemblage des parois du noyau, augmentant ainsi considérablement la durée de vie utile du noyau. - Une maintenance facile et rapide et moins couteuse ; - Amélioration du MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) temps moyen pour réparer due à l'utilisation de boulons qui implique que les éléments de noyau peuvent être échangés rapidement et simplement dans le cadre de moule.
