Abstract

La présente invention concerne le développement dun inoculum sur la base de formulations solides et liquides contenant la levure Rhodotorula sp. AZ516 pour la fixation biologique de lazote et la promotion de la croissance des plantes des céréales. Linvention décrit la méthode de sélection de la souche / levure et la préparation des différentes formulations correspondantes. Plus précisément, l'invention expose, dans un premier temps, une formulation solide basée sur le phosphate naturel et un support organique et, dans un second temps, une formulation liquide impliquant laddition du butanol qui provoque la sporulation et la résistance des cellules de ladite levure dans la formulation.
