Abstract
La présente invention concerne un Procédé de recyclage in situ de terre crue extraite de chantier de construction sous forme de brique en terre crue (BTC). Le procédé selon linvention comprend les étapes didentification de la composition de la terre du chantier ; puis lajout de quantité de sable et ciment tout en respectant une valeur totale en masse de lensemble « sable et ciment » égale à 53% dans le mélange global ; suivi de malaxage du mélange terre crue, ciment et sable avec de leau jusquà homogénéisation totale et du moulage des briques par compression à froid ; enfin une étape de séchage des briques à température ambiante pendant au moins 21 jours pour atteindre une résistance à la compression de lordre de 400 MPa , puis stockage des BTC. Linvention divulgue aussi une nouvelle méthode de construction pour augmenter lefficacité énergétique du bâtiment.
