Abstract

La présente invention divulgue un nouveau solvant éthano-terpénique vert d'origine végétale formé d'un mélange synergique de terpènes et d'éthanol. Elle concerne le procédé d'obtention de ce solvant, qui est basé sur la récupération des composants terpéniques des plantes par extraction solide-liquide à basse température, en utilisant l'éthanol comme solvant GRAS, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : lavage des plantes avec de l'eau ; élimination de l'eau de lavage ; broyage des plantes ; mise en contact du matériel végétal avec de l'éthanol ; élimination des résidus ; décoloration de l'extrait par évaporation sous vide afin d'obtenir un solvant transparent riche en terpènes. Ledit solvant éthano-terpénique vert est caractérisé par sa pureté, sa sélectivité, son recyclage, sa biodégradabilité et son large usage dans les processus d'extraction et/ou de solubilisation de matières biologiques végétales et/ou animales et/ou de procaryotes, dans la synthèse et la formulation dans les industries alimentaire, pharmaceutique, cosmétique, chimique, des parfums et des carburants, ainsi que dans les processus de nettoyage et de désinfection.
