L'invention concerne une méthode danalyse et de contrôle des conditions environnementales pour les industries pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques, biochimiques et similaires. La méthode se base sur la mise en oeuvre dun appareil portable, autonome, incorporant un nouveau dispositif micro-ondes conçu pour détecter les écarts de qualité de substances potentiellement sensibles aux contraintes environnementales subies durant une période donnée.
