Abstract

La solution innovante mise en place consiste à installer un agitateur avec un dispositif anti-filasse qui va permettre le déchiquetage des filasses et la mise en suspension des déchets charriés par les effluents sans se colmater et par conséquent faciliter le transfert des effluents par les pompes d'une capacité unitaire de 6000 m3/h. Le système est composé de : • Un agitateur à hélice anti-colmatage. • Une couronne amovible équipée de couteaux qui découpent les filasses longues qui ont tendance à senrouler sur larbre à hélices. • Un treuil de levage sur potence permettant la dépose de lagitateur à tout moment. • Une colonne de guidage de lagitateur de sa position de service à 20m de profondeur jusquà la plate-forme de travail. • Un coffret de commande électrique.
