Abstract
Lactivité oléicole constitue un domaine socio-économique dintérêt. Cette activité permet en effet de produire une quantité importante dhuile dolive destinée à lalimentation humaine, et génère simultanément une employabilité saisonnière chez une catégorie particulière de la population. La production de lhuile dolive conduit à la formation inévitable des margines, polluant potentiel constitué de composées poly-phénoliques, très solubles dans leau. Dans cette invention, les auteurs décrivent une méthode délimination efficace et à bas cout des margines contaminant les eaux issues de lactivité oléicoles. La technologie consiste en limmersion de matériaux spongieux de polysaccharides modifiées (sous forme de billes flottantes) dans les eaux polluées. Après saturation des billes, les matériaux sont retirés facilement du milieu aqueux, ce qui permet de réduire significativement le taux de matière organique dans ces eaux.
