Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure pré-montée pour l'impression flexographique de carton on-dulé, comprenant une plaque photopolymère (2) dans laquelle le motif à imprimer est enregis-tré, formée à son tour par une couche de photopolymère (3) incorporée sur une première feuille de polyester (4) une base de support (5) qui est fixée de manière adhésive à la plaque (2) et qui, à son tour, comprend une seconde feuille de polyester (6) ; et une mousse rembour-rée (7) est caractérisée en ce que la mousse rembourrée (7) qui ne fait pas partie de la base de support (5) mais qui est un élément indépendant, prise en sandwich entre la première feuille de polyester (4) de la plaque de photopolymère (2) est incorporée entre la première feuille de polyester (4) de la plaque de photopolymère (2) et la feuille de polyester (6) de la base de support (5), de telle sorte que ladite mousse (7) est directement en contact avec ladite plaque photopolymère (2).
