Abstract

Cette invention présente une nouvelle composition pour le traitement des parodontopathies, notamment liées à des bactéries paropathogènes isolées chez des patients marocains. La composition, à base d'huile essentielle marocaine extraite d'Origanum vulgare, présente des propriétés antibactériennes et cytotoxiques. La méthode inclut l'extraction d'huile essentielle, son analyse par chromatographie, des tests antibactériens, et un processus d'identification des bactéries parodontales. L'invention réside dans l'utilisation spécifique des huiles essentielles à des concentrations déterminées par des tests d'antibiogramme, offrant une alternative naturelle aux traitements conventionnels. La vérification de la viabilité chez une lignée cellulaire monocytaire humaine THP-1(La lignée cellulaire monocytaire humaine) garantit leur sécurité. Cette avancée ouvre des perspectives cliniques pour l'odontologie, offrant une solution efficace, naturelle et alternative pour améliorer la santé bucco-dentaire.
