Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité photocatalytique (1) pour la production d'hydrogène à partir d'eau, comprenant : (i) un photoréacteur (2) comprenant une pluralité de tubes (3), à l'intérieur desdits tubes (3) se trouvant un photocatalyseur, et ces derniers étant aptes à conduire, dans leur partie interne, un flux de vapeur d'eau ; et à absorber un rayonnement solaire externe focalisé sur lesdits tubes (3) ; et (ii) une pluralité de réflecteurs solaires (4) conçus pour concentrer le rayonnement solaire incident sur les tubes (3) du photoréacteur (2). Avantageusement, les tubes (3) du photoréacteur (2) sont disposés dans un plan (7) sensiblement perpendiculaire au sol (5), et les réflecteurs solaires (4) sont disposés de part et d'autre dudit plan (7). L'invention concerne également une installation solaire pour la production d'hydrogène comprenant au moins une unité photocatalytique (1) selon l'un quelconque des modes de réalisation de la présente invention, et une source de flux de vapeur d'eau (21) connectée à l'unité photocatalytique (1).
