Abstract

Appareil de production de filaments, dans lequel l'appareil comporte au moins une plaque de filière et dans lequel les filaments émergent des ouvertures de filière de la plaque de filière dans au moins une rangée de filaments. Un dispositif de distribution est prévu pour distribuer une matière plastique fondue fournie sur une largeur de filage préliminaire. Au moins une plaque filtrante est connectée en aval du dispositif de distribution. Un ensemble de plaques de distribution composé de plaques de distribution est disposé en aval de la plaque filtrante. Les plaques de distribution individuelles comportent chacune une pluralité d'ouvertures de distribution réparties sur une largeur de distribution. Les ouvertures de distribution sont conçues pour recevoir la matière plastique fondue sortant de la plaque filtrante. Le paquet de plaques de distribution est suivi par la plaque de filière, qui comporte des canaux de filière avec les ouvertures de filière associées réparties sur une largeur de filage finale. Une surface de sortie de la plaque filtrante attribuée au paquet de plaques de distribution et/ou une surface d'entrée de la plaque de filière attribuée au paquet de plaques de distribution sont incurvées ou sphériques au moins par sections.
