Le domaine de la présente invention concerne la préservation des produits alimentaires pendant leur stockage et leur transport, les pansements biomédicaux pour la cicatrisation des plaies et des brulures et les revêtements de surface antibactériens et antiviraux. L'invention repose sur l'incorporation de matériaux antioxydant, antibactérien, antiviral, protecteurs contre les UV, et photoluminescent dans une matrice de biopolymère, avec une stabilité garantie sur plusieurs cycles d'utilisation.
