Abstract

Dans ce travail, nous proposons une méthode alternative, précise et facile à mettre en oeuvre pour le dénombrement des bactéries en microbiologie. Cette méthode est basée sur la détermination de la capacité spécifique déduite des voltammogrammes cycliques. La capacité spécifique est une grandeur qui traduit la quantité délectricité échangée par les bactéries, on démontre que cette capacité spécifique est proportionnelle au nombre de bactéries présents dans un milieu.
