Abstract

Cette invention vise à identifier une méthode de criblage des composés des dérivés de quinoléine autant que agents anti inflammatoire. Cette méthode intégrant des étapes enchainées notamment l'évaluation de la similitude avec les médicaments existants (Drug Likness), l'analyse de l'absorption, de la distribution, du métabolisme, de l'excrétion et de la toxicité (ADMET), ainsi que des études de Docking et de dynamique moléculaire pour teste les interactions entre la protéine phosphodiestérase 4 et le composé. Une base solide pour la poursuite d'expérimentations en vue de l'identification et de la conception de médicaments de nouvelle génération pour la thérapie ciblée contre les maladies inflammatoires.
