Abstract

La présente invention concerne des bio-films composites composés d'hydroxyapatite (HAp) et de cellulose, tous deux issus de ressources naturelles, notamment le phosphate naturel marocain et le coton naturel. Ces bio-films présentent des propriétés antibactériennes remarquables, une biocompatibilité élevée, ainsi qu'une résistance mécanique et une flexibilité optimisées. L'invention propose des bio-films avec des proportions variables d'HAp et de cellulose (1:1, 1:2, 2:1), ajustées selon les besoins spécifiques des applications. Ces bio-films sont particulièrement adaptés aux applications biomédicales, telles que les revêtements d'implants médicaux et les pansements de plaies, grâce à leur capacité à inhiber la croissance bactérienne et à favoriser la régénération osseuse. Ils sont également efficaces pour le traitement des eaux usées industrielles, grâce à leur capacité à adsorber les métaux lourds et les polluants organiques avec un taux d'adsorption atteignant 95 %. Un autre avantage clé de ces bio-films est leur capacité à être réutilisés sur plusieurs cycles d'adsorption/désorption sans perte significative de performance, tout en maintenant une efficacité d'adsorption élevée. L'invention offre ainsi une solution durable et polyvalente, adaptée aux industries biomédicales et environnementales, notamment pour la purification des eaux et la gestion des infections hospitalières.
