Abstract
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux anticorps améliorés qui se lient à l'interleukine 13 (IL-13) et leurs méthodes d'utilisation. Dans certains aspects, la présente invention concerne des méthodes d'inhibition de l'activité biologique de l'IL-13. Dans certains aspects, la présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les anticorps anti-IL-13. Dans certains aspects, les anticorps et les méthodes de la présente invention sont utilisés pour le traitement d'une maladie ou d'un trouble inflammatoire associé à des niveaux élevés d'IL-13 et/ou d'IgE.
