Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre CuO-NPs à partir de la plante Inula viscosa, visant à générer des nanoparticules dotées de propriétés cicatrisantes et antibactériennes et leur inclusion dans des produits de soin des plaies comme les pansements et les traitements thérapeutiques. Ce procédé, commence par le mélange d'une solution de sulfate de cuivre penta-hydraté avec l'extrait végétal, réalisé à partir des feuilles, racines ou tiges de la plante, permettant la formation des CuO-NPs après une réaction d'au moins 30 minutes, accompagnée dun changement de couleur du mélange, passant du jaune-vert au brun foncé. Les CuO-NPs obtenus présentent des propriétés biocompatibles, anticoagulantes, anti-inflammatoire et cicatrisantes, ainsi qu'une activité antibactérienne significative contre Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli et Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ces caractéristiques les rendent adaptées à des applications dans des produits de soin des plaies tel les pansements médicaux actifs, qui peuvent favoriser la cicatrisation des plaies tout en protégeant contre les infections bactériennes, offrant ainsi une solution innovante pour les soins des plaies chroniques et des brûlures.
