Abstract

La présente invention concerne un agencement de jonction et de scellage servant à joindre et à sceller ensemble une membrane de séparation d'hydrogène à un connecteur métallique. Ledit agencement comprend : une membrane de séparation d'hydrogène métallique montée sur ou contre une formation de connecteur du connecteur autour d'un axe longitudinal, le connecteur étant formé d'un métal différent de la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène, la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène présentant un diamètre externe (D) autour de l'axe longitudinal, la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène et la formation de connecteur étant en contact au niveau d'une interface de connexion dans laquelle une face d'extrémité de la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène est à proximité, vient sensiblement en butée ou chevauche une face adjacente de la formation de connecteur ; une connexion qui relie la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène et la formation de connecteur autour de l'interface de connexion ; et un collier de constriction conçu pour s'étendre à partir d'au moins l'interface de connexion et s'étendre axialement sur la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène par rapport à l'axe longitudinal. Ledit collier de constriction comprend : une section d'expansion conçue pour s'étendre axialement sur la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène par rapport à l'axe longitudinal d'une extrémité d'étranglement à un diamètre étendu, l'extrémité d'étranglement étant conçue pour s'étendre autour de la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène au niveau ou à proximité de l'interface de connexion par rapport à l'axe longitudinal et ayant une surface interne définissant un diamètre d'étranglement (C) qui est conçu pour s'étendre autour de la surface externe de la membrane de séparation d'hydrogène, la section d'expansion comprenant une section de transition s'étendant à partir de l'extrémité d'étranglement et comprenant une surface incurvée ayant un rayon de transition d'au moins 0,1 D. Ladite section d'expansion comprend une section inclinée ou incurvée dans laquelle le diamètre du collier d'étranglement s'étend du diamètre d'étranglement C au diamètre étendu d'au moins 1,01D.
