Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une ébauche en acier soudé (1) comprenant : la fourniture de deux feuilles pré-revêtues (2), comprenant chacune un substrat en acier (3) comportant un pré-revêtement (5) sur chacune de ses deux faces principales (4), chaque feuille (2) comprenant, sur chaque face principale (4), au niveau d'un bord de soudure (14), une zone de retrait (18) dans laquelle le pré-revêtement (5) est retiré sur une fraction de retrait ; le soudage bout à bout des feuilles (2) à l'aide d'un fil d'apport (20) de façon à créer un joint de soudure (22) ayant une teneur en aluminium AIWJ comprise entre 0,1 % en poids et 1,2 % en poids. La composition du fil (20) et la proportion de fil (20) ajoutées sont telles que le joint de soudure (22) présente : (A) un facteur de refroidissement FTWJ tel que FTWJ -0,96 FTBM > 0, (b) une teneur en nickel NiWj ≤ 14-3,4XAIWJ et une teneur en chrome CrWj ≤ 5-2XAIWJ, où AIWJ est la teneur en aluminium du joint de soudure (22).
