Abstract

Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention proposent un équipement de moulage du creuset en graphite et un procédé de fabrication de creusets en graphite. Ledit équipement de moulage du creuset en graphite comprend: un cadre de support, ledit cadre de support comprenant une base; un poinçon, fixé sur ledit cadre de support à distance de ladite base, et ledit poinçon se configure pour un mouvement alternatif vertical par rapport audit cadre de support; un dispositif de pressage de lorifice du creuset, disposé sur ledit cadre de support et correspondant au côté dudit poinçon proche de ladite base, ledit dispositif de pressage de lorifice du creuset est mobile réciproquement dans une direction verticale par rapport audit cadre de support, ledit dispositif de pressage de lorifice du creuset est pourvu dune partie douverture pour le passage dudit poinçon; une matrice, fixée sur ladite base et alignée avec ledit poinçon, conçue pour recevoir ladite pâte à creuset, ledit poinçon, ledit dispositif de pressage de lorifice du creuset et ladite matrice coopèrent pour former le creuset à partir de ladite pâte à creuset. Léquipement de moulage du creuset en graphite selon ce mode de réalisation permet daugmenter efficacement la densité volumique du creuset tout en garantissant son homogénéité volumique, ce qui améliore notablement la durée de vie du creuset en graphite.
