Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, surgery and, in particular to the orthopedics and traumatology and is provided for prevention of the postraumatic aseptic femoral head necrosis and coxofemoral joint deformative arthrosis.The aim of the invention - providing the possibility of patient early treatment and mobility, the rehalibitation of the joint anatomy and starting function, reducing the desablement and invalidity.The summary of the invention consists in the combination of the early closen dislocation set, subchondrol femoral neck and head tunneling, longitudinal and side joint decompression by the apparatus with threaded bars and joining by the exterior elongated ship with the thread on top thereof by introduction thereof into the flank bone comb, trohanter and supracondylar femoral region.
