Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi utilizată în medicină pentru imunodiagnostic, precum şi în industria alimentară, cosmetică etc.Esenţa invenţiei constă în prepararea suspensiei apoase a biomasei de cianobacterii, congelarea-decongelarea ei în două repetări, separarea biomasei şi fracţionarea consecutivă prin eliminarea fracţiei I din supernatant la pH-ul mai mic sau egal cu 4,0 şi a fracţiei II din precipitat la pH-ul mai mic de punctul izoelectric al proteinelor precipitate. După aceasta pH-ul fracţiilor obţinute se aduce până la 7,5, se efectuează cromatografierea hidrofobă pe fenil-sefaroză şi liofilizarea ficocianinei obţinute.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în majorarea gradului de puritate a ficocianinei.
