Abstract

The invention relates to the food industry and agriculture, particularly to a line for primary processing of fruit raw material.The line includes, installed in series, a receiving bin (1) joined by means of a conveyor (2) with a washing machine (3), an inspection belt (4), a crushing device (5), a flow electrical plasmolyzer (7) and a pulping device (8), at the same time the electrical plasmolyzer (7) is joined with the crushing (5) and pulping (8) devices by means of a crushed mass transportation system (9), equipped with a pump (6). The pulping device (8) is joined by means of a crushed mass transportation system (12), equipped with a pump (10), with a pulped mass storage capacity (11), and with the help of a conveyor (14) - with a solid fraction collecting bin (13).
