Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la hepatologia chirurgicală, şi poate fi aplicată în corecţia chirurgicală a sindromului ascitic la pacienţii cu ciroză hepatică.Metoda include exteriorizarea şi mobilizarea venei jugulare interne, separarea ductului toracic limfatic în regiunea unghiului venos stâng şi mobilizarea ductului toracic limfatic pe parcursul întregii porţiuni cervicale cu secţionarea tuturor ramurilor limfatice aferente din această porţiune.Rezultatul tehnic constă în mărirea lumenului poţiunii cervicale a ductului toracic limfatic şi în restabilirea tonusului vascular.
