Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology, particularly, to a process for preparation of reagent for microorganisms deribonucleotic activity determination.Summary of the invention consists in addition to the 0,01% DNA solution of the maize smut Ustilago maydis chlamidospores at concentration of 2 vol.% up to complete aggregation thereof in which there is complementary added a saccharose at concentration of 1,0 mass % and polyvinylpyrolidon at concentration of 0,5 mass % and mixed, after what the reagent is dropped on the hydrophobic paper and is dried at 37°C during 2-3 hours.The technical result of the invention consists in the obtained reagent stability rising.
