Abstract
Invenţia se referă la microbiologie şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a reagentului pentru determinarea activităţii de plasmocoagulare a microorganismelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în adăugarea în plasma citrată de iepure diluată în raportul 1:5 a clamidosporilor tăciunelui porumbului Ustilago maydis în concentraţie de 1% de volum şi incubarea la 37oC timp de 1 oră, după care se mai adaugă sucroză în concentraţie de 0,75% de masă şi polivinilpirolidonă în concentraţie de 0,3% de masă, apoi reagentul se picură pe hârtie hidrofobă şi se usucă la 37oC timp de 2-3 ore.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea stabilităţii reagentului obţinut.
