Abstract
Изобретение относится к растениеводству, а именно к методу определения температуры ингибирования корневой системы у Cucumis sativus L.Метод, согласно изобретению, включает проращивание семян в темноте при температуре 25°С и влажности 70…80% в течение 24 часов, погружение проросших семян с длиной зародышевого корня около 1 см в воду со значениями температур от 42 до 54°С, в течение 10 мин, с последующей экспозицией в темноте при температуре 25°С и влажности 70…80% в течение 5…7 дней и определение степени поражения корневой системы при каждом значении температуры, при этом температурой ингибирования считается температура, при которой наступает необратимая остановка роста первичного и вторичных корней.
