Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la ortopedie şi traumatologie, şi poate fi utilizată în tratamentul chirurgical al necrozei aseptice a capului femural.Metoda include incizia de la vârful trohanterului mare spre periferie pe suprafaţa externă a coapsei, deperiostarea osului femural în regiunea subtrohanteriană, tunelizarea transtrohantero-cervico-cefalică pe toată lungimea colului şi capului femural până la stratul subcondral, efectuarea chiuretajului în zona osului necrotic şi introducerea în focarul de necroză a unei suspensii de cultură de celule osteomedulare, obţinute din măduva osoasă a recipientului, la a 7-a, 14-a şi 21-a zi după intervenţia chirurgicalăRezultatul tehnic constă în decompresia focarului de necroză şi stimularea procesului de osteogeneză.
