Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, namely, to the orthopedics.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that it is made the section of the posterior tibial muscle tendon, it is resected the additional apophysis and adjoining side of the navicular bone, then it is made the ligamentous capsular autoplasty of the talonavicular articulation and the tendon of the posterior tibial muscle is displaced instead of the resected navicular bone portion.The technical result consists in the complete correction of the foot deformation.
