Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină şi anume la chirurgia abdominală şi poate fi aplicată în tratamentul reflux-esofagitei.Esenţa metodei constă în aceea că prin fibrogastroscop se introduce în stratul submucos al trecerii cardioesofagiene în trei puncte egal îndepărtate câte 5 ml de preparat paravazinol, care conţineparafină farmacopeică, ulei de vaselină farmacopeică şi vaselină farmacopeică în raportul de volum 1:1:3 la temperatura de 55°C.Rezultatul constă în închiderea completă a trecerii cardioesofagiene în timpul refluxului gastric în esofag, reducerea traumatismului chirurgical.
