Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular, to the pediatrics. Summary of the invention consists in, that one reveals parameters characterizing the chronic bronchitis heriditary anamnesis (BC), perinatal anamnesis, recidivating bronchitis clinical variant (VC), recidivation (E) development, lungs vital capacity (CVP) and the forced expiration volum (VEF), one carries out the valuation of the obtained parameters in the form of the quantitative parameters, thereafter one calculates the prognosis coefficient F0 showing the recovery and the prognosis coefficient F1 showing the resolution of the recidivating bronchitis into the chronic one according to the formulas: F0 = 2,4 Î BC + 2,9 Î AP + 15,6 Î VC + 3,34 Î E + 0,55 Î CVP - 0,14 Î VEF - 29,7 F1 = 3,6 Î BC + 2,34 Î AP + 11,5 Î VC + 3,87 Î E + 0,56 Î CVP - 0,17 Î VEF - 27,85 and in the case when F1 is greater then F0 one prognosticates the resolution of the recidivating bronchitis into the chronic one. The result consists in definition of the most infinitive clinic-paraclinic indexes of the recidivating bronchitis evolution. Claims: 1
