Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea astaxantinului.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că a fost obţinută o tulpină nouă Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow, care poate fi utilizată ca sursă de astaxantin. Tulpina se păstrează în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme a Institutului de Microbiologie al Academiei de Ştiinţe a Republicii Moldova sub numărul CNM-AV-05.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea conţinutului de astaxantin în biomasa algelor.
