Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la oncologie.Esenţa metodei constă în aceea că se relevă parametrii care caracterizează stadiul iniţial al procesului canceros (SP), morfologia focarului primar (MF) şi ganglionilor limfatici local-regionali (MG), patologia nespecifică a sistemului osos (PN), regimul tratamentului specific al focarului primar (TS), vârsta pacientei (VIR), regimul polichimioterapiei focarului primar (PC), tipul polichimioterapiei (TPC), se efectuează aprecierea parametrilor selectaţi prin valori numerice, apoi se calculează coeficienţii de pronostic F1 cecorespunde termenului de apariţie a metastazelor osoase timp de 6 luni şi F2 cecorespunde termenului de apariţie a metastazelor osoase timp de peste 6 luni, conform formulelor:F1=1,878×SP+1,390×MF+1,512×MG+1,687×PN+5,332×TS+0,706×VIR+0,063×PC+ 1,236×TPC - 27,225;F2=1,982×SP+1,968×MF+0,835×MG+3,226×PN+6,45×TS+0,746×VIR-0,690×PC+ 3,230×TPC- 31,803,şi în cazul în care F1 este mai mare decât F2 se prognozează apariţia metastazelor osoase timp de 6 luni.Rezultatul constă în selectarea celor mai informativi parametri care caracterizează termenul de apariţie a metastazelor osoase.
