Abstract
The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry, especially to one of the brandy compositions. Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the brandy comprises to 1000 dal of blending, L: mint and dill seeds aromatic alcohol - 9,5...10,5, sweet basil aromatic alcohol - 9,5...10,5, hyssop aromatic alcohol - 19,5...20,5, caraway aromatic alcohol - 9,5...10,5, sugar syrup - 34...35, high-rectified alcohol and soft water - the rest. The technical result consists in increasing the brandy quality by improving its organoleptic properties. Claims: 1
