Abstract
The invention relates to the bio-organic chemistry, especially to biologically active substances, namely to the oxidized glycoside and may be used in medicine. Summary of the invention is represented by an oxidized capsicoside manifesting antitumorous properties. The material according to the invention represents the oxidation result of the polysaccharide chain into the capsicoside molecule, possesses a considerable antitumorous activity, it is of natural origin, non-toxic and has none secondary effect.
