Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la ortopedie, şi este destinată tratamentului chirurgical a deformaţiei de varus la gambă la copii.Metoda propusă constă în aplicarea aparatului Ilizarov, osteotomia tibiei cu distracţia ulterioară până la obţinerea corecţiei poziţiei capului fibulei sau maleolei laterale, după care se efectuează osteotomia fibulei şi se prelungeşte distracţia de alungire.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în corecţia poziţiei segmentului proximal sau distal de fibulă.
