Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and is provided for surgical treatment of hip luxation. The proposed method includes section of the articular capsule on the articulation upper surface from the femoral cervix longitudinally up to the cotyle both fore and posterior up to the middle of the articulation, removal of the cotyle connective tissue up to the cartilaginous tissue with the simultaneous removal of the capsule lower part, subtrochanteric osteotomy, osseous supracotyloid plasty, luxation reduction, capsular plasty and immobilization into the gypseous apparatus. The technical result consists in preserving the vascularization and anatomically restoring the cotyle in the stable support of the reduced femoral hear and in the articulation stability in the main movement directions.
