Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la ortopedie, şi este destinată tratamentului chirurgical al luxaţiei de şold.Metoda propusă constă în secţionarea capsulei articulare pe partea superioară a articulaţiei de la baza colului femural longitudinal până la sprânceana cotilului şi anterior şi posterior până la jumătatea articulaţiei, înlăturarea ţesutului conjunctiv al cotilului până la ţesutul cartilaginos, înlăturând totodată şi partea inferioară a capsulei, osteotomia subtrohanteriană, plastia osoasă supracotiloidiană, reducerea luxaţiei, plastia capsulară şi imobilizarea în aparat gipsat.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în păstrarea vascularizaţiei şi restabilirea anatomică a cotilului, în sprijinul stabil al capului femural redus şi stabilitatea articulaţiei în direcţiile principale de mişcare.
