Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la producerea sosurilor de fructe conservate.Sosul de prune conţine pulpă de prune, cuişoare, scorţişoară, zaharoză, pulpă de scoruşe negre, vin roşu sec, amidon şi acid acetic având următorul raport al componentelor, kg la 1000 kg de sos:pulpă de prune 589,1…714,8pulpă de scoruşe negre 79…102cuişoare 0,2…0,3scorţişoară 0,2…0,3vin roşu sec 80…140amidon 35…45zaharoză 90…125acid acetic de 80% 0,8…1,3.Rezultatul constă în sporirea conţinutului de substanţe biologic active în sosul obţinut şi în lărgirea sortimentului de sosuri de fructe.
